Updates and Pics
Hello and we hope you're all having a good week. Natalie is getting over ANOTHER summer cold, but otherwise we're doing well. Also, HUGE KUDOS to Rob. While sickie poo Natalie was at work today, he was working like a busy bee to get Charlotte's nursery all ready to go. Thank you, Rob!
Ok, so a quick recap....
We had a blessed 2nd anniversary and had a fun getaway here in town, but it felt like we were in a new city. We attached a picture of our anniversary dinner out. It's been a fabulous, fun 2 years. We can't wait for many more, and Lord, we thank you for each other!
Also, there are some pictures from the humbling and awesome shower in Colorado Springs. What a blessing it was to see all of you ladies!!

Finally, we have pictures of Charlotte's nursery and an updated ultrasound picture of HER!!

Miss and love you all!

Nothing new here...
Hey everyone,
So there's not much new here. We had a good weekend, but it went by too quickly. We know you all can relate! Rob did have his first softball practice and did play a soccer game, but they lost the soccer game. He's looking forward to playing softball too and it should keep us BUSY. (He's playing softball for two leagues and soccer for one league.)
We did get to spend some awesome time with an old, precious friend from high school. It was so fun to be with her and to catch up. Love ya, Catherine!
Oh, and we're getting closer to finishing up Charlotte's room. When it's all complete, we'll post pictures; but don't forget that her room will still be part of our former "study." It'll be tight-but-super-cute quarters. And kudos to Rob - he put together our stroller. It's all so exciting! Thank you, Mom and Dad for the travel system!!

"Kwaj" Reunion
Hey everyone - we had a great time at the Kwajalein Reunion. Over 300 people were there and it was fun to meet some of Rob's friends, some of his teachers and some of the Sherrill family friends. It was a whirlwind of a time but lots of fun. Oh, and the heat almost got the best of us, but we survived! And Sherry, Rob's mom, did an AWESOME job planning the huge, multi-day event! Go, Mom!! We've attached a few pictures - hopefully we can get some better ones soon.

Oh, and if you're interested in learning more about the island of Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands, check out this link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwajalein
It is an interesting place and I almost feel like I've been there hearing all of the great stories! It will be so fun to finally visit there one day soon.
Pics are below.

More to come but for now...
Rob and I are heading out tonight for the KWAJALEIN REUNION! More to come... For those that don't know, Kwajalein is the island in the Marshall Islands that Rob was born and raised on. He lived there for 18 years. We'll be with more than 300 people! It should be a great time! We'll send pictures in the next post.

Two VERY different movies
So we saw two very different movies this weekend, and both have stuck with us for different reasons. The first, Mama Mia, was a fun, lighthearted movie with a happy ending and the second, The Dark Knight, was an intense, dark movie. Both were excellent though. Check 'em out! And let us know your thoughts on it/them!

So who knew?
So who knew that a simple virus like a cold, etc. could make a person feel SO awful!? Rob and I are both getting over being sick - Rob with Strep Throat and Natalie with a chest and head cold. The fever, terrible, deep cough and chills was the worst for Natalie, as it took 5 days for her to feel somewhat human again, and Rob is still on his antiobiotics.
So anyway, that's why we haven't been writing.
More to come soon.
Love you all - have a good rest of your week!

So it's been awhile...
Sorry for the long delay in writing. We've had a good friend in town from Colorado Springs, we've been working ourselves exhausted at work, and we're just pooped, ya know?
Anyway, I do want to post a picture of our little one's baby furniture. We've ordered it and it's come in! (See above or below - not sure where it's going to turn up!!) We're excited, except we're WAAAAAY behind in getting the nursery ready. We have to make major room for the three pieces - convertible crib (has a toddler and "big girl" setting, which I think is either a twin or a full), dresser and nightstand. So where are we going to put all of our office furniture??? Hmm... This should be interesting. We'll send pictures of her completed nursery as we get closer.
Love you all!

Rob the Graduate!
So Rob's graduation from Southern Nazarene University was a success and a momentous occasion. Happy tears flowed along with laughter as we celebrated Mr. Robert Bruce Sherrill. He was a bit unnerved by all the attention, but was a good sport throughout the whole day. We had lots of friends and family over afterwards as we partied, ate yummy Mexican, conversed and had a fabulous time. Some pictures are below.
Go, Rob! :)

Busy, busy life!
Wow, what a last week. We've had several tornadoes here, a good friend lost her father-in-law unexpectedly, Rob picked up his cap and gown for graduation, we're finalizing everything for the graduation day, grad party & company coming in, and work has been a zoo. Whew! We've barely had time to breathe.
I have to say that our friend losing her family member has made me so grateful for the littlest of things. Rob and I know we love each other and tell each other often, but how often do we tell you all, our loved ones and family? Well, with that said, we love all of you and we're grateful to have you in our lives. Our lives are better because you're in them.
For those of you that are mothers, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!
Here's to a great week! Remember to think of Rob when he becomes a college graduate on Saturday! And if you can, we'd love it if you'd remember to lift up our friends, the Girouxs, in prayer during this sad time.

Quick Friday update
Hey all,
So my next doctor's appt is on Monday, and then the one after that is the BIG one. We can't wait! We're excited to be able to announce if the little Sherrill will be a boy or a girl. We have names picked out, and if you haven't heard them, just ask away. Regarding themes, we're thinking either something butterfly-ish (if you know Natalie, you know she LOVES butterflies!) or something Noah's Ark or Sports-themed. But of course, that could all change. Rob's parents are coming in soon, so we'll go shopping then and see if we get an idea on other themes we like.
Speaking of next month, I'm very proud to announce that Rob is getting his Bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University. Go, Rob! I'll post pictures, don't worry. (We just hope the people can all fit into our home for the party!)
So we've been missing all of you who are in Colorado Springs and know that we're trying to come and visit soon. And don't forget that you're always welcome here. Although, in the Springtime it's a little scary at times. Last night there were more tornadoes and major thunder storms here. It was very intense. And part of our fence blew down because of the horrific winds. Such fun!
Have a blessed (or hope you had) weekend!

Exciting news!
Hello everyone! For those of you who are visiting this blog for the first time, we believe that all of you know this, but.... Rob and I are having a baby! I'm due October 15, and we find out the sex of our baby on May 27. We're pumped and so grateful to the Lord for this blessing!
